Huge room available in a 3 bed Kilburn flat (zone

I will sadly be moving out of this amazing room at the end of September and so I am looking for somebody to replace me from the start of October.

The rent is currently £621.11 per month but our landlady has indicated that she is thinking of upping this to around £700 (+ c.£140 a month in bills). The deposit is around £700 and will be paid upon moving in.

The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, loads of storage space, and has sufficient room for a desk! We share one bathroom that has a bath and shower, and we also have a living area with a dining table, sofas, and tv.

One of the best things about this room is the transport links. Within a 7-8min minute walk, you have access to the Jubilee line (Kilburn), the Bakerloo line (Kilburn park). The Lioness line (Kilburn high road) is within a similar distance, providing quick access to Euston. The Mildmay Line (Brondesbury) is 5 mins away and provides quick journeys to Hampstead Heath, Kew, Richmond, Camden, Highbury & Islington, and more. There are also loads of buses and there is a night bus stop opposite the flat.

There is an Aldi just a three minute walk away - huge savings on the food shop.

The other flatmates you will be living with are Ben (21m) and Hubert (25m). Ben is an economist in the Civil Service and Hubert works full time in hospitality, and studies alongside this.

This isn't a party flat but flatmates enjoy a pint and would like to be friends more than just flatmates!

We are looking for someone 18-26 to join them - sorry no students or couples!
