Lovely en suite room in Kilburn/Queen’s Park

Charming, en suite room in a three-bedroom flat on the boundary between Kilburn and Queen’s park.

The flat is a big first and second floor flat in a victorian villa. It has a big kitchen-living room area, a balcony, a washer/dryer zone and a little balcony (particularly nice to use in summer months). The room has a massive wardrobe, a double bed, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

While the house is gorgeous (in part thanks to the interior designing skills of one of the flatmates!), the second great thing about living here is the location - it’s an 8 min walk to Bakerloo line, 3 min walk to the Overground, and 10 mins on the Tube to get to Paddington. The house is also 5 mins away from a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, a Boots, and a Primark - basically all the everyday essentials covered! On the other end, it’s 10 mins away from Salsbury Road, Lonsdale Road, and the Queen’s Park Farmers Market, and within walking distance of the Queen’s Park park itself.

You would be sharing with two female young professionals, both working in law. While we are quite busy with our careers and lives, we do like to have a flat dinner or a party from time to time!
