A spacious double room (for single use) is available in a 3-bedroom flat in Kilburn.

The room comes with a huge wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers, table & chair. You will only share the bathroom with me, and the kitchen and living room with me and another female professional.

We usually keep to ourselves, do not host parties, and always keep the communal areas clean. We also have a weekly cleaning rota to maintain shared spaces.

Rent: £685pcm (excluding bills)
Bills: around £150pcm on average per person (water, Wi-Fi, council tax, gas & electricity)

The deposit will be protected by the MyDeposits scheme, and you will sign the contract directly with the landlord.

Notice period: One month to leave the room.

Locations: 10mins walk to Kilburn station with Jubilee line available, 8mins walk to Brondesbury Overground. Tesco & Sainsbury, gyms are all close by.
