I’m looking for a flatmate to share a modern, bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in North West London. I’m currently finalising the tenancy, but my original flatmate couldn’t pass referencing due to relocating abroad. As the lead tenant, the landlord has agreed that I can find a replacement.

Location: Jubilee Heights, 1 Shoot-Up Hill, NW London
Rent: £1,200/month
Bills: ~£150–£200/month
Deposit: £2,789.23 (for both of us)
Move-in date: 25 October (I might be able to negotiate this to 1st Nov if needed)
Tenancy: 6-month minimum, rolling monthly thereafter
Your room: Private bedroom with your own bathroom, a double bed & a wardrobe.
Shared spaces: Bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. You can work in the living room as I’ll be working from my room.

I’m in my late 20s, tidy, easygoing, and social.
I enjoy bouldering and rock climbing, and I’ll be relocating from Edinburgh for a new job in November.
I work hybrid – three days in the office and two from home.

Ideally, you’re friendly, tidy, and considerate – someone who values a relaxed, respectful home.
Late 20s to early 30s would be a good fit.
I’m happy to hang out or chat if we get along, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime.
