I am letting my room in Kilburn.

It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress-desk and chair-side table and includes 2 built in wardrobes and storage.

It is a shared house with other flat mates and includes a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and garden.

We have a weekly cleaner that comes which is a great help ! And she always does an amazing job !

You can apply for a parking permit (I currently park my car with a permit and it is around £50 for 3 months)

You will have your own fridge and kitchen space for food and utensils/crockery.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house to choose from

This room is £765 with all bills included and will require a £765 deposit.
