🌞January Sublet🌞

Hello lovely humans of spare room!
I'm off home to Aus for 5 weeks (from Dec 31st/Jan 1st) and am offering my room up during that time. Ideally the whole time would be great but I am happy to discuss 1 month!
House details:
- All bills included except gas, the gas bill is based on consumption so we top up and transfer money as needed (it's never been more than £30 per month for winter in my time in the house)
- I'll clear some drawers and hanging space for you and will provide clean sheets and towel!
- Our communal area is 1 large kitchen living space which we respect and keep as tidy as we can. With so many people, things get chaotic pretty quickly if we don't.
- We have 1 bathroom and an additional toilet.
- We are ridiculously close to so many transport links it'll blow your mind. Brondesbury (mildmay line), Kilburn (jubilee line), West Hampstead (thameslink).
- It is quite a bustling intersection with the trainline and main road near our house so can get a little noisy sometimes (I watched drunk people having a running race on the road last weekend, that was quite fun).

The people:
- jords : loves climbin', runnin' and vibin'
- antonia : dancer, pilates teacher from germany
- maeva : acting student from norway, loves cooking up a storm
- tobias : such an arsenal fan that he works at the stadium, actor, also scandinavian (denmark this time)
- Sophie : a fellow aussie, also a dancer and advocate of licorice tea
