Looking for a flatmate!

Hi everyone!

I’m moving out to live closer to work which means my lovely en-suite room with two lovely flatmates is available from Mid- December until late March! ⭐️

You would be taking over my tenancy, with the potential to extend the contract should you and the current flatmates wish to.

My room includes:
LOADS of storage
En-suite bathroom
Double bed

The flat includes:
- A garden that we share with the other flats
- Living room
- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar
- Washing machine

Council Tax band E. Bills included in the £1005- Alfie has sorted all of the bills!

Here’s a bit about the two people you would be sharing with :
Alfie is a 22 year old Football Coach working in the Camden area, and Will is also 22, and works as a Football Coach and Waiter in the Sloane Square area. They have asked for someone tidy and preferably a football fan! We have been to local pub quizzes as a flat and hang out in the living room a lot, as well as respecting each other’s space.

Kilburn is ideal for transport links!

There are buses running to Brent Cross, Paddington, Golders Green and more.
The jubilee line is a 8 minute walk away via Kilburn station, and Brondesbury is a 10 minute walk away to use the Mildmay line! West Hampstead Thameslink is also around a 15 minute walk away from the flat.
