The room is full furnished , with a desk , two chests of drawers, and a bedside table. It’s a 7 minute walk to Kilburn underground, 15 minutes to Cricklewood Thameslink, and 13 minutes to the Mildmay line.
The current flatmates are two 25 year olds who are social but also tidy. It would be ideal for them to share with someone they could also be friends with.
The bills come to around 100-150 pounds per month.
The property is managed by Black Katz estate agent. To rent it you’ll need to :
- have a full time salary higher than £26,000
- a professional reference
- not be in a work probation period
There are two toilets, a kitchen with new appliances, and close access to Kilburn High Road. It’s also a short distance from West Hampstead.
There’ll also be a one off £50 admin fee to BlackKatz.
