SUBLET cozy mezzanine room for 3 months

One double room is available for a sublet in our 2 bedroom flat. This means you will be sharing the space only with one flatmate!

The room is small but cozy, benefitting from high cealings and a big window. It comes with a built-in wardrobe behind the mirror, and loft bed, a desk and drawer.

IMPORTANT : the room is available only for 3 month sublet from January until March. But open to 2 month sublets. GIRLS ONLY.

The flat has a bright and spacious kitchen-living room, with lots of lovely plants, a huge couch. We have rented the house unfurnished so we really consider this our home, and would prefer someone that takes care of our cozy space like if it was their home. Because all the furniture is ours, we ask for a small deposit to be returned once you move out.

The location is 10 min walk to the Jubilee, bakerloo, mildmay and lioness line, but also to the Thameslink railway.

This is ideal for someone that has just moved to London, or is in the city for a temporary work arrangement.

IMPORTANT:
- available for in person viewings 28 and 29 December.
- 1 month rent Upfront will be required as unfortunately we have had a last minute drop out. Hence why are posting the room with such short notice.
- bills come at approx 140/150 per month depending on usage
