The flat has 2 bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and living area, and is seconds away from the Jubilee line and Overground transport links.

We’re a group of 3 silly ladies aged 24-30, (including 2 sisters) working and studying in the city, looking to make a cute and wholesome home with another professional gal who would like to join us! We are sad to say goodbye to our 4th, and current flatmate, Liv, who is moving on to pastures new, so a room has opened up.

A bit about us: We enjoy communal cooking, charity shopping, a little binge of SATC here and there and generally hanging out but theres never any pressure as we all have long days and need our own space after work. We’re looking for another lady to move in/ join the tenancy Long-Term as we are under a ‘Joint’ Tenancy Agreement instead of a room-by-room let arrangement. We’re looking for a long-term tenant with a uk-based guarantor.

We are:
Ella, 30 year old ‘grandma’, professional gardener and semi-retired DJ who loves antiques, and developing her art practice.

Rosie, 25, ella’s bubbly younger sister, works for charity in the city. Loves Heath walks, learning to play guitar, and the quest for the perfect kebab.

Megan, 24, currently studying her masters at UCL, bubbly and chatty- especially on political history and literature, she is also world-class baker !
