I’m looking for a friendly female professional in her mid 20s to early 30s to take over my room in a modern, well maintained two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in a secure gated development.
The flat is bright, spacious, and well looked after, with wood floors throughout, a large open plan living and kitchen area, and a wrap around balcony with great views. The available room is a comfortable double, and you would have use of the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has its own en suite.
The building is safe, quiet, and well maintained, with two controlled entry doors and lift access. It’s in a great location with excellent transport links, including the Jubilee line, Brondesbury Overground, and several bus routes. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The tenancy runs until 29 September 2027, and you would be taking over my part of the tenancy until the end of the fixed term. Rent is paid every 30th of the month. The landlord will need to approve the new tenant, and the move in date is flexible depending on how quickly approvals can be completed. The deposit and all contract changes will be handled properly through the letting agency.
Ideally, I’m looking for a tidy, respectful female professional who is looking for a calm and comfortable home.
