The flat is bright spacious and well looked after. It has wooden floors throughout a large open plan living and kitchen area and a wrap around balcony with lovely views. The available room is a comfortable double and you would have use of the main bathroom as the other bedroom has its own en suite.
The building is quiet safe and very well maintained with lift access and two controlled entry doors. The location is excellent with great transport links and plenty to do nearby.
