After 3 years of living in the flat, me and 1 other flatmate have decided to move out and discover other areas of London, as we've both spent our entire time here in Kilburn!

The flat's served us very well over the last 3 years and is perfectly situated centrally between all 4 (!!) stations that Kilburn has to offer, making it one of the best located areas in the entire city, and takes only around 30 minutes from the door to central London.

The 2 rooms that are available are both good sized doubles with ample built-in storage, large windows, wooden floors and very tall ceilings so the rooms are both large, however 1 is bigger than the other.

Bill's are not included but work out to be roughly £120 per month each, including Council Tax (Band B).

The flat is on the 2nd floor, with stairs leading up, which are professionally cleaned regularly. The flat also comes fully furnished, with a good sized open plan kitchen/liviing room with fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and both rooms come with a bed and mattress and sofas and a dinning table in the living room! Combined with the built-in storage, the rooms are pretty much ready to be made your own!

This is a tenancy takeover, with the current period being from the 17th Feb until the 16th of August (6 months), and you will be required to pass the landlords reference checks and pay the deposit to the outgoing tenants. The remaining tenant is a young professional who largely keeps to themselves but is perfectly friendly and is a big football fan so is easy to bond with.
