Double Room + Study Room (Shared) close to jubilee

Hi!
A double room with huge built-in wardrobes and study room (shared but currently only I use it for work) will be available in our lovely 4-bed all girls flat, located just off Kilburn High Road.

The flat is super modern with 2x bathrooms, really high ceilings and has a really big living room that is perfect for hosting friends/family (pictures of the kitchen coming soon). There is also a study room that is shared use for storage etc.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other girl only.
Bills are around £130 a month but go down in the summer.

The location is fantastic:
- 8 min walk to Kilburn Underground Station (Jubilee/night tube)
- 5 min walk to Brondesbury Station (overground)
- Bus routes 16, 32, 189, 316, 632 and night bus just outside the flat

- 9 min walk to Sainsbury’s & M&S
- 7 min walk to Aldi

There’s also loads of great restaurants, pubs and coffee shops all within walking distance.

We’re looking for a professional female, at least 22 years old who is friendly, clean, sociable mature and loves a cup of tea and a chat! We’re very tidy girls so we’d love someone who is also the same.
No smoking inside the flat.

The roomies:
One of the girls is also moving out so we are expecting another newbie to join the flat!

The other two girls are mid-twenties and both work full time. One of the girls works hybrid so is home sometimes during the day. They are so lovely and always up for a chat but also very appreciative of each others downtime and privacy and respectful of each others routines. This flat is ideal for someone who wants stability and a peaceful living environment but is also down to have dinner together and watch a movie.
