Cozy Single Room bills inc

Hello! I am sadly moving out of my room in this house and looking for a replacement to take over my lease until minimum EARLY APRIL. I'm looking for either a student or professional, somebody respectful, tidy and generally just a nice person to be around.

The room has a big window facing directly south so when the sun does come out you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. The room is on the second floor of the house, where you will share a bathroom with four other housemates. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious and luminous, with views to the garden.

The house is big with a back garden to soak up the sun, located really nicely close to Kilburn Station (tube) and Brondesbury (overground).

The residents are a mix of students and professionals, creating a nice and cozy environment where everyone is respectful. The agency is always helpful and offers both short term lets as well as longer term.
