The room is situated within a modern flat on the 4th floor. It’s a bright double with fantastic balcony views of the park opposite with access to a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very secure (3 security doors to be exact) with two lifts. You would mostly have fall access to the living room and kitchen because I always love to relax in my room and I absolutely hate cooking! (FYI I am a smoker but I only smoke in my room with the door closed.) My property is 8 mins walk to Kilburn Park station, 8 mins walk to Queens Park Station, bus stop is right outside for the buses 6 and 316 with the 328 and 31 just down the road. You can also take the 316 bus to Kilburn High Road Station 6mins, Brondesbury Station 16 mins and Kilburn Station is also 16 mins away. (Council Tax Band C)
