✨ Hi everyone, we are a flat of three girls looking to fill an available room from March as our lovely flatmate Ellie is leaving us due to buying a house with her partner !

📝 Rent:
Rent for the room is £950 and bills/tax come to around £120 a month.

🏠 Location:
The flat is situated just between behind Kilburn High Road and West End Lane, meaning it has great transport links and access to a variety of fun bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, while still getting all the convenience of many shops on the high road. Queen’s Park and Maida Vale are also a short walk away. If you’re also into running there are several parks and the canal close by.

Kilburn park, Bakerloo - 10 minute walk.
Kilburn High Road, Lioness - 5 minute walk.
West Hampstead, Jubilee - 12 minute walk.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 Your flatmates:
You’d be living with me Laura 🎨 a 26 year old interior designer who works 5 days a week in the office and Rosie 🌺 a 29 year old who works a variety of nights and day shifts in healthcare. I only moved into the flat in July but me and Rosie already get on so well and we’d love for our new flatmate to fit in quickly too.

We are looking for someone 25 and above to join our lovely flat, who will fit in with our vibe. We enjoy a cosy evening watching a good series or film, playing boardgames when we can or heading out to our local for a few drinks. We are like to keep the flat clean and respectful and although love socialising, we are also mindful of each others schedules and lifestyles. My schedule is fairly clockwork every week so I am home most frequently out of me and Rosie and we love to keep our house feeling like a welcoming home. 🥰
