I’m currently looking for a female tenant to fill a double room in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in the NW6 area. my current flatmate is sadly leaving the country so I’m looking for someone to replace her.
The flat is super spacious spacious with a separate lounge and kitchen you will have your own bathroom!
The rent is £1126.5 per month each and the bills including council tax and WiFi are approx. £160 per person .
This area is well connected with the Jubilee, Bakerloo and Overground all walking distance with some great Bus routes into central as well!
The lease is up until the 4th of August 2026.
I’m a professional working in FMCG and WFH 2/3 days a week. I enjoy watching TV shows/movies, spending time with friends and family, meeting new people but also enjoy some alone time. As a flatmate I’m friendly, tidy, and easygoing, and I value a calm, comfortable home.
I’m looking for someone considerate and like minded that I can be friends and spend time with while also respecting each other’s space.
