A bright, furnished double room is available in a calm and well-kept flat on Streatley Road, Kilburn.

The room comes with its own private bathroom, located just outside the bedroom, which is solely for the tenant’s use. I have my own separate en-suite upstairs, so the bathroom will not be shared.

The flat is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Kilburn (Jubilee Line) and Brondesbury (Overground), and also close to West Hampstead, with its excellent transport links, cafes, and shops.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and storage. The flat also has a shared kitchen and living space, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed, tidy and respectful.

A bit about me — I’m Jimmy, 32. I work as an actor and also run a tutoring company, teaching drama in London schools. I have a busy schedule during the week, and at home I value a calm, positive environment. I’m friendly and sociable, but this isn’t a party flat — more a home where people respect each other’s space and enjoy the occasional chat, dinner or drink.

I’m looking for a professional who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Someone independent with their own routine, but friendly and open.

Available from 16th March. Minimum stay 6 months.
