Description
South-facing double bedroom with plenty of natural light available in 4-bed Kilburn / West Hampstead flat share. All furniture included, plenty of storage, king-size bed. Double glazed window. Bills £80-90. We are looking for working professionals or PhD students. Moving out 15 June but flexible if needed.
The flat has 3 other double bedrooms (one of which is also becoming available soon, please see below!!), plus a spare single bedroom / study that is not occupied and is available to guests. You can also use it as a WFH space or to store a few things.
There is 1 main bathroom + 1 shower room + 1 separate toilet, which is really convenient.
The kitchen has a microwave, washer-drier and two large fridge-freezers + decent storage space.
The flat has great outdoor spaces - a lovely sunny terrace and a shared garden.
The flat is a 4 minute walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and Brondesbury station (Mildmay Overground). It’s also only a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink and all the lovely shops and restaurants there. There is a corner store on our road and a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s local <5 min walk as well.
The two housemates are both male late 20s: John is a software engineer occasionally WFH and Tom is doing a PhD in bio-engineering. Both are sociable and happy to go for a pint, have dinner together or watch a trashy reality TV show but they also both keep up active independent social lives. Tom is an avid runner and part of a club. John enjoys tennis and travelling and both love chatting engineering.
The 3rd bedroom is currently occupied by a couple but they are moving out in early July and we will be looking for a person to replace them. This could be ideal for you if you have a friend you are looking to live with, otherwise you would definitely be able to have input on the flatmate selection via spareroom etc.
We like to host friends for dinner or a party every once in a while but we are all very considerate of each other and our need for privacy, space and quiet. We are really hoping to keep the sociable vibe going so if you are interested please send a little bit about yourself and what you like to get up to. I'm leaving London for work and will be really sad to say goodbye to this place.
