It's in zone 2, 3rd floor (no lift), video door bell, fitted kitchen, wooden floor and double glazed window so winters are warm. There's also a washer-dryer. The building was renovated 5 years ago. You would have your own shower but the toilets are shared (1 for 2) and professionally cleaned every week. There is a small double bed but the studio is spacious.
Pets are welcome.
Council Tax Band A, £92pm with the Single Person Discount.
Minimum annual income required by the agency: 37,500£.
