Quiet and modern studio in Zone 2

Hi,

I will be moving abroad and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I have been living in this modern studio for 5 years and it is a quiet area with West Hampstead at proximity for a lovely Sunday morning coffee and a few charity shops.

It's in zone 2, 3rd floor, video door bell, fitted kitchen, wooden floor and double glazed window so winters are warm. There's also a washer-dryer. The building was renovated 5 years ago. You would have your own shower but the toilets are shared (1 for 2) and professionally cleaned every week. There is a small double bed but the studio is spacious.

Pets are welcome.

Council Tax Band A, £92pm with the Single Person Discount.

Minimum annual income required: 37,500£.
