hello! our flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for a third person to take over. it is a double bedroom - furnishing can be negotiated. it has a built in wardrobe, carpeted, and faces the back patio. Bills on top of rent are approx £117 (council tax band C, octopus energy, virgin media, Thames water)
the property itself (split level flat situated above a mini cab) and is only a 2 minute walk from brondesbury (overground) and 6 mins to Kilburn (jubilee). There’s lots of pubs/bars within walking distance, as well as restaurants, takeaways, an independent cinema/theatre, a couple of parks and super well connected to other parts of London.
I work and study from home so would prefer someone who works outside of the house, but this isn’t a dealbreaker. My other flatmate works late shifts, which is just something to keep in mind
I also have a cat, so please no pets!
We are a fairly social pair, and sometimes like to have people over — but we ask that anyone who moves in doesn’t make this a regular thing, and not to treat the house as a sesh den, please :)
As a musician, would be great to have someone who is more of a creative type, and being LGBTQ+ friendly is a must!
Originally the tenancy was due to end in January 2027, but with the new laws, it’s now considered on a rolling term basis. However, I should note that there is a possibility I will be still moving in January or a little after.
