Excellent transport links: 10 minute walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee), 5 min walk to Brondesbury Park (Overground - Mildmay Line); 20 min walk to Queen’s Park (Bakerloo); 25 min walk to West Hampstead Thameslink. Great local amenities with Kilburn High Road a short work away.
Rent is £1140/month, not including bills. Bills are split evenly and come to around £200 each. Brent Council Tax Band D.
You will need to pass referencing checks by the estate agents before being able to take over the tenancy.
