I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a double room on Minster Road in Kilburn.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom, and the flat has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It’s a comfortable, homely flat with plenty of communal space rather than just being a room in a house share.

The location is really convenient — Kilburn is well connected for getting into central London, with good transport links nearby and plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and supermarkets within walking distance.

I’m moving out, so looking for someone to take over my existing tenancy. Ideally looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going who’ll get on well in a shared flat.
