Two spacious double room have recently become available in Kilburn (North West London) due to two current flatmates moving on after the end of the current contract.

The flat itself is located in a peaceful residential area set away from the main road. In total the property comprises of four rooms (spread across three floors) and boasts a generous communal living area, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and drying room. The flat is located within a short walk of four train lines which allows easy access to Jubilee, Bakerloo and London Overground services and has easy access to a busy London bus route into Central London.

You will be sharing the flat with two relaxed tenants, (2 girls aged between 23 and 31) who share all bills (including; council tax, broadband, water, energy and a weekly cleaner). We are ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy and easy going.

Any potential housemates will need to be in full time employment as this is a prerequisite enforced by the estate agent with full references from their previous living arrangement.
