The flat has a modern communal open plan living room/kitchen, including sofas and a dining room table. There is an enclosed area out the back where bikes can be stored.

The flat is on Kilburn High Road but as it is located at the back of the building, it is quiet and contained. Transport links are excellent -
Kilburn tube is a 7-10 minute walk (Jubilee line)
Kilburn Park tube is a 10 minute walk (Bakerloo line)
Kilburn High Road overground is a 10 minute walk (Overground toward Euston/Watford)
Brondesbury overground is a 2 minute walk (Overground toward Stratford/Richmond)

There are also great bus links outside the door including a fantastic nightbus service! The City or West End are only 25 minutes away, and other business areas like Canary Wharf an easy commute.

Kilburn High Rd has plenty of shops, pubs and other amenities and the lovely Tricycle cinema is right across the road! Its also walking distance to West Hampstead and a short trip to Hampstead Heath.

You will be living with an Irish guy who works in in central London. I'm clean, friendly and enjoy an easy going environment.
