Gay Double Room in a flat in Zone 2 Kilburn

Gay 32 year old professional is looking for two different flat mates, one for each of the two spare rooms. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

WORK - A workstation area with free laser printing, stationery and fast internet access will be available. Landlord often works from home.
REST - large TV for film nights, sofa space in the communal area, catch up TV box.
PLAY - dinners, parties, etc for the cool flat mates and their friends. There is a nice communal lounge area with semi open plan [small] kitchen, an extending dining table, lots of wine glasses, cutlery and crockery.

There is a bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and basin and also another w/c room with another toilet and basin so no waiting to pee or brush teeth. No one likes washing up dishes so there's a dishwasher and even flats with a garden don't always help with drying clothes so there's a washer dryer to make life simple.

0. 4 miles/5 min walk to Zone 2 Kilburn tube station then 15 min to central. About half an hour on the night bus home.

There can be some flexibility with the furniture provided as the bedroom is yet to have any bought. Priority being given to singles but couples could be considered. Being an all gay male flatshare naturally you can be yourself and the occasional friend staying over wouldn't be a problem.

Current situation: The place needs a refurb, hence no pics and a bit of a wait before anyone can move in (including the landlord). The bedrooms aren't massive but with double beds and good wardrobe storage provided. Pick of rooms: two that are approx 2. 8x2. 8m (165pw) and one is 2. 8x2. 2m (150pw). Landlord will take the one left over.
