The house also has a garden, which we can use. Rent is £580 + £120 bills and is due the 12th every month. There is also a one off deposit of £580 when you first move in.
Now a little bit about myself. My name is Elisa and I am a 28 year old professional from Italy. I am very sociable and outgoing. I enjoy spending time with my friends, going out, reading, traveling, sports, chats over dinner and wine. I am looking for a flatmate who is up for drinks after work.
