Teacher/film-maker looking for a tenant to share a lovely two bedroom flat in West Hampstead. The spare room is a good size (4m x 2.5m), has a large wardrobe for storage and tenants will have their own bathroom. The flat is well laid out so tenants have a large degree of privacy.

The flat benefits from an open plan kitchen/living area with period fireplace and bay window. The kitchen also leads out onto a front balcony. Wifi, fortnightly cleaning and all bills are included in the rent.

I've spared no expense in furnishing the flat and am keen to find a trustworthy and reliable person to share with. Anyone with an interest in film and theatre would be especially welcome!

The flat is a 3 minute walk to Kilburn tube station (Jubilee Line), a 6 minute walk to Brondesbury overground and a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead tube and overground stations. There's a corner shop two minutes away and the flat is on Fordwych Road which is an attractive tree-lined avenue.
