I am looking for someone to sublet my room for 3 weeks (from the 12th of December to the 3rd of January 2016, in a flatshare of four with a huge living room and a beautiful spacious kitchen. The rent is £400 for 3 weeks (bills included).

The flat is in a Victorian building (with double-glazed windows)on a quiet leafy street off the Kilburn High Road, just around the corner of the Tricycle Theatre and nearby swanky pubs/cafes and high street chains. Queen's Park is within walking distance - a perfect location to benefit equally from all the supermarkets, shops, banks on Kilburn High Road. There's also a communal garden and a basement where bikes can be stored.

The household consists of an Italian guy working as a graphic designer and a British guy who work for the national railway.

With two tube stations (Kilburn, Queen's Park) and two overground stations (Brondesbury, Kilburn High Road) and lots of buses, you can get anywhere in London fairly quickly.

The deposit is £100.
