Large double bedroom in spacious Flat in Kilburm

Hello everyone, My name is Thomas and I am searching for a flatmate (couples considered) as for August 3rd. The price is a bargain, given, I'm the only other person to share, and that there is a large lounge and garden. As Aug. 3rd is getting near, please arrange a viewing soon.

I have a large double room to let in a big and spacious two-bed garden flat in West Hampstead.

The room: Double room (Some good 20 sq. meters) that comes with two big mirrored wardrobes, a side-table and a fire-place.

The house: It is a big flat (Around 95 Sq. meters, two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen fully equipped, one 3-piece bathroom, big cellar (we use it for storage), and a great patio in the back, which is a great place for dinner or BBQ. The area is very quiet and neighbors are no hassle.

Flatmate: You will be sharing with a 31 year old professional, i. e., me Thomas (I added a few personal lines at the end of the ad).

Location: The house is very conveniently located: - 7 minutes walk to Jubiliee line (West Hampstead), - 7 minutes walk to Bakerloo line (Kilburn Park) - 5 minutes walk to Overground line (Kilburn and West Hampstead lines) - Equal distance to classy W. Hampstead as to busy Kilburn.

About me : Working in Wind Energy as an engineer. Very interested in cooking, culinary experiences, always happy to cook with others. Quite sportive with Tennis, jogging and swimming. I Like traveling on a backpack mode. Was lucky enough to have different international experiences. Like theater and going to concerts (There are good jazz bar close to the flat). I am quite flexible as for flat sharing. That might be to do with my job, but I'm careful about excessive water/electricity usage (yeah, that's always on the good side when bills come). I think we could do turns as for cleaning the flat and don't think a maid is required.
