Transport and neighbourhood:
-Excellent transport links (Zone 2, Kilburn Station on the Jubilee Line is a 4 minute walk. Kilburn Park Station on the Bakerloo Line is a 10min bus ride away and West Hampstead Thameslink Station is about 10mins walk. Numerous buses (including night ones) stop nearby. Central London is about 12mins on the tube.
-The street is very quiet, leafy and pleasant.
-There is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local down the road, as well as various corner shops. There is a Sainsbury’s superstore, cinema and Homebase at Finchley Road Station.
About us:
We are friendly, tidy and professional gay males (one couple and one single). Our flatmate is moving out because she is going abroad. We don’t tend to have massive loud parties but do like socialising and often have people over for dinner, drinks, etc. We also have meals and go out together occasionally, as well as stay in and watch a film. We’ve known each other for a while, so we also know how to respect each other’s privacy.
About you:
We are looking for someone similar to ourselves – tidy, friendly and reasonable. We have a good system of dealing with bills and others costs. Your room is your castle, so to speak, but we like to keep the rest of the flat, including the kitchen, looking great at all times. We would prefer a professional gay male, but are open to anyone who is tolerant and open minded. When messaging, please tell us a bit about yourself and if you could mention fluffy bunnies somewhere in your reply we’ll know you took the time to read this essay!
