Great deal on bedroom in shared flat

Furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, corner TV stand-style table and a unit for books/ DVDs. As an attic room it has a sloped ceiling with a skylight – cool in summer, warm in winter! Room is slightly 'cosy' (not one for someone with a large amount of stuff) but there is storage space to be used.
Sharing a flat with four others- one couple and two guys. Flat has all features you'd expect, Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully-furnished kitchen. Bathroom has large, new shower. Living room is a really nice, large space with a balcony.
Really helpful landlords who aren't over charging their tenants!
Close to Queen's Park (tube, overground and actual park) and Kilburn High rd for shops, pubs etc.
Move-in date would be September 1 – in advance our letting agent (Simon at The London Letting Company) would require a work reference, character reference (preferably from current landlord), a copy of a recent bank statement and a photo ID.
September's rent of £460 would be paid in advance, with £750 deposit paid to me, though the agent will likely sort all that out with successful applicant.
