Spacious Room in Kilburn/Willesden Green

I am currently renting a spacious furnished room, with a double bed, in the Kilburn/ Willesden Green Area. Unfortunately I am looking to move out, and will need a replacement in early October. Pictures available upon request.

Current tennants are two working professionals, currently of ages 24 and 26. The flat is clean and tidy, and flatmates are a couple of nice, repectful individuals.

The room is definitely a lot larger than the average bedroom in London, with an open communal kitchen/lounge area for relaxing in evenings. The flat also contains two bathrooms, each with a shower.

Rent, including bills is £735 (£635 rent alone) a month. This is taking into account a reliable high speed broadband connection and council tax. A security deposit amounting to six weeks rent is also required in advance.
