We're looking for a mid-twenties to early thirties female to move into our flat in Kilburn currently occupied by two men and a woman.

The property is an 8 minute walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee), 10 minutes from Queens Park (Bakerloo), 2 minutes from Brondesbury Park (Overground) and walking distance to buses heading into the city.

The room is very small and contains a chest of drawers, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. The flat itself has two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer and cooker. There is also a balcony and access to a large garden.

Tenants are required to agree to a minimum 6 month contract with a private landlord and a deposit of £600. The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills.
