Nice double room in Kilburn

Hi everyone !

As I'm going back to France permanently, I'm leaving this lovely room, and house, on the 10th of September.
My two flatmates, both Germans, are very easy-going and funny and speak english perfectly.
We are located in Kilburn, 3 mn away from the tube station and 2 mn away from a bus stop (lines 16, 32, 332, 189). On Kilburn high road there's everything you'll need (tesco, sainsbury, pubs, restaurants, fast food, argos, tk maxx, hairdressers, ...).
The rent is 523 pcm without the bills (which make the whole amount raise to 625 pcm maximum during winter).
We depend on an agency which is really great: as soon as we have a problem they come to fix it. We have a new fridge, a new washing machine and a new dryer thanks to them.
Finally, we have a cute little garden with a functional bbq. It's just perfect to enjoy these lovely sunny days. And the surrounding area is really quiet so if you need a good night of sleep that's just ideal.
