2 double rooms in Kilburn

Hey guys,

I'm Tristan, an easy-going postgraduate student at KCL. Both of my current flatmates are moving out in September, and since PhD stipends haven't risen to the point where I can afford a 3-bedroom flat on my lonesome, I'm looking for two new people to live in the double rooms they'll be leaving behind.

The two rooms available are very spacious with all the necessary furnishings (one of them even has a little room that's great for storage) and are both £155 a week excluding bills, which usually come to around £30 per person per month - so around £700 a month altogether.
It's a year-long contract that starts on September 17, with a deposit of £930 for each room.

The flat is on the third floor of a modern building with a lift. The voice that heralds the floors might be a little annoying at first, but you learn to love her. There is one bathroom with a toilet, and a nice open plan kitchen and lounge.

Amenities-wise, there's a Sainsbury's local 2 minutes walk away and a large one 10 minutes away. There is also no shortage of pubs and restaurants on Kilburn High Road. The Turkish place directly opposite has saved my life after many a night out.

The flat has great transport links: 3 minutes walk from Kilburn underground station (Jubilee line) and right across the street from Brondesbury overground station. A number of useful buses stop right in front of the door, heading to Victoria (16/N16), Shepherd's Bush (316), Oxford Circus (189) and Paddington (332). The 332 also goes straight to the Wembley IKEA for all your furniture/Swedish meatball needs.

Ideally, I would prefer student flatmates to avoid council tax issues, but those aren't insurmountable if professionals wish to move in.

p. s. Unfortunately, the TV isn't mine, and will be leaving with one of my flatmates come September. On the plus side, extra coffee table and one can never have too many of those right?
