Double Room in Unbelievable Houseshare

We are looking for a friendly, sociable and considerate flat mate to share with Cate (Renewable Energy), Kevin (a Retail Project Manager), Alex (a Civil Servant) and Becky (Charity Marketing). The room is free because our current flatmate, Matt, is leaving us as he's buying his own place.

Everyone is super nice (even if we do say so ourselves!) and the house is such a bargain for the price! It's large modern, clean and comfy and 2 mins from the tube....you couldn't ask for sweeter!

No couples or students and only non-smokers please. The house is rented via an estate agent, however we speak directly with the landlady who is really nice and proactive. The room is available from Saturday 13th September - although this may be up to a week or so later, depending on Matt's moving date.

- Rent £476. 33 (paid one month in advance on 13th)
