My name is Erik. I am a 27 year old digital marketing professional Ginger from Washington DC, USA. I have been living in London for two years and a few months. I am now moving back to the United States and I am searching for a new flat mate to replace my awesomeness.

This is a 3 bedroom flat on Kilburn High road, with 1 single room to fill.

When it comes to potential flatmate, I am looking for an individual who is fun, respectful, tidy, open to conversation, cleans up after themselves and so on. If your the type who is looking just for a room to hibernate in and keep to themselves, then this flat is not for you. This flat is not for hobbits.

We enjoy small gatherings with friends. (Sadly the flat doesnt have a living room, so we usually just chill in each others rooms watching flicks on the tele hanging out on the beds, or we chill under the moon, out on the large terrace with a couple of cans, chatting through the night.)
