We have a good sized double room available from the 1st November, on the 1st floor in a two bedroom flat.

We are flexible with the move in date, but will have to be before 1st November.

It is 5 minutes walk from Kilburn Underground Station.
15 minutes walk from West Hampstead Thameslink.

We are a young working couple looking for someone that is good company and looking for a place to call home, we are easy going and friendly.

It has a new bathroom,
Fully furnished lounge with a TV, round dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

Flat has just be refurbished so it is to a high standard and a really cosy place.
It's off the main road, in a residential area.

Bedroom comes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe.

Also has a small built in wardrobe in the corner, so plenty of space!

Bills are not included and at estimated to be approx £75 per person.
