Double room in Kilburn (mins. from West Hampstead)

Hi All,

We have a lovely double room in a very spacious 4 bedroom house. The room is fully furnished with double bed, bookshelf, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. We have a nice living room, kitchen, bathroom and conservatory which leads onto a the garden with DIY BBQ! It's not a modern house, but it's not falling apart either :) There is space to store a bike, too.

House is located between Kilburn and West Hampstead, in very quiet and residential street (for pedestrians only), real oasis. Also next to us there's Maygrove Peace Park with a pitch and some exercise equipment. We are few minutes from shops, pubs, cinema and tons of transport links -
Kilburn (Jubilee) - 3 mins walk
West Hampstead (Jubilee + Overground + Thameslink) - 5-10 mins walk
Brondesbury (Overground) - 10 mins walk
Kilburn High Road overground - 15 mins walk
Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) - 15 mins walk
plus many buses

Current flatmates-
Lucia (Argentine, collage artist and works for a wine bar),
Merle (German, does marketing for a sustainable tourism company),
Ravi (Indian, works as a finance manager for a online retail company).
We're clean, sociable and enjoy having friends over for a drinks and dinner. We enjoy going to gigs, exhibitions and all things arty! We’re respectful of each other’s space and keep the flat tidy (cleaner comes - every two weeks). Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside in the garden.

What we ask -
Deposit (£750) + 1 month's rent in advance (£700).
Bills - council tax, water, TV license and broadband are included. Electricity (£10 per month) + Cleaner (£10 per month) + Misc. household expenses (shared).
