Double room in luxury apartment

We have a double room in a modern two bedroom apartment in Kilburn to let out. The bedroom is fairly decent size and comes with built in wardrobes and a double bed. You will have your own bathroom and shower which will be yours exclusively. No living room.

The flat itself is located 1 min away from Kilburn Tube Stn (NW6) which is in Zone 2 on the Jubilee Line which is extremely convenient for links into the City or Town eg. Bond St is 12 mins by Tube. It’s a modern flat with all the amenities including heating, kitchen w microwave, oven, washing machine and a dishwasher. It also has a built in gym, sauna, swimming pool within the apartment complex itself which is for residents use only. The building itself is fully gated and with 24hr cctv and concierge that’s available 24 hours a day.

The other two tenants in the flat are a couple who are both full time professionals. They are both very friendly, open and social individuals but also would like the prospective tenant to be responsible and tidy. Single occupancy only.

Rent includes wi-fi, council tax and all other bills. We are looking for someone to move in by the 10th of May 2020.
