Several bus routes are passing nearby, such as 16, 32, 332, and 189.

The wonderful, 1st-floor flat has a shared, high-spec, eat-in shared kitchen/living room fitted with a TV, dining table and a comfortable sofa. The flat has two new bathrooms, one used only by the three flatmates, and luxurious walnut flooring throughout.

The flat has lovely high ceilings and was recently renovated, so it benefits from a new kitchen and bathrooms.

The room is £850 per month, and the rent includes all bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax) and a fortnightly cleaner.

The present tenants are two males and a woman (mid-thirties to 40).

The house has a really peaceful and friendly vibe. We are looking for somebody easygoing, considerate, and friendly. We all have our independent lives, but we don't mind chatting in the kitchen every now and then. So, the new person would ideally blend into that mind frame. 😊

We share petty cash costs for cleaning products and whatever little thing is needed. We have a soft rota for bringing out rubbish, recycling, etc.
