Bright and spacious single bedroom in a shared flat with three other bedrooms, a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet available on 1st September. All this for £152 per week (£660 a month) inclusive of bills!!! (council tax, central heating, gas and electricity, TV licence and internet).

We are three flatmates, two guys and one girl, (23 to 39) who are looking for a single working professional to join us.

The flat is on the fourth and last floor of a building with a porter and a community garden in the back. It is in a nice residential area, walking distance to the Kilburn high road, to a few supermarkets, pubs, cinema/theatre, a comedy club and other shops. Also, 5-8 minutes walk to Kilburn underground station, Brondesbury Park and Brondesbury overground stations.
