Very nice room near Kilburn station

The bedroom: we have a choice of one of the following bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: beautiful and spacious double en-suite bedroom (shower room) for single use. Well furnished and in pristine condition. Big window (double glazed), clean carpet. Ample storage. This is the bedroom you can see in the video and in the photos as Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: we also have the option of another bedroom which is very large but it is not en-suite (shares a large bathroom with one more flatmate). This is on the top floor and is dual aspect. Again very clean and well furnished. Single use only. This is the bedroom that appears in the photos as Bedroom 2.

You can see both and decide if any suits you. We only need one more flatmate (3 people in the flat) but our new flatmate can choose either bedroom 1 or 2 as per their own convenience.

The flat: 4 minutes walking distance to Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and just over ten minutes walk to West Hampstead. Quiet, leafy residential road with all amenities nearby. Flat over two floors, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (washing machine-dryer and dishwasher as well as all the rest) and living room. Parking space offered too, if you need it. Big garden. All beautifully furnished. See pictures.

The flatmates: a British male teacher (landlord) and a Brazilian professional. Friendly, but quiet people. Looking for the same.

The rent: £875 per calendar month. All bills included. We have a weekly cleaner that leaves the flat sparkling clean every Friday. Deposit is £600. You must also pay a month in advance to enter. Total cost to get in £1475 when getting your keys.

The viewings: available for viewings from the 20th of April. We'll tell you a bit more about us and will ask you the obvious few things to see if we are compatible.
