The house, has 3 modern bathrooms, and a massive kitchen/ lounge area with French doors leading onto the lovely patio and garden lawn.

Its 10 min walk to Kilburn Jubilee line tube, zone 2, with easy access to Baker Street, and Bond St/ Marble Arch for Hyde Park and central London and for the city/ Canary Wharf. Brondesbury Overland train is great for Hampstead Heath, Highbury, or for Richmond.

Its 15 min walk to West Hampstead cafes shops and bars.

The Thames Rail Link is 5 mins round the corner, for travel to Kings Cross (in 11 mins) also Farringdon, London Bridge, Blackfriars and Liverpool St.

Buses every 5 mins including buses to Paddington, Victoria, Oxford St. Marble Arch etc. (16 32 316 189 322,)
