ALL BILLS INCLUDED apart from monthly electricity bill which varies between £20-£30 pp. Please note that due due prices rises this may change. Rent also includes use of swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, 24-hour security, gated building and roof terrace and 2min walk to Kilburn station.

We have a charming small double room available in our three-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious with part wooden or marble floors (carpet in bedrooms) and you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other as we have two bathrooms in total.

The rent includes usage of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool (lovely warm water!) and 24-hour security (great for deliveries!) and we also have a roof garden terrace plus a communal garden and a spacious lounge.

The property (Jubilee Heights) itself is a mere 2min walk from Kilburn tube station and it also has a bus stop opposite the building with buses going to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Holborn, Victoria, Brent Cross, IKEA, etc.

The overground (Brondesbury) is also only a 5min walk and it is a 10min walk to West-Hampstead overground, the Saturday farmers market or to enjoy a few beverages with a village feel.

Hampstead Heath is only two stops on the overground for a leisurely walk on the Heath at the weekend.

Kilburn High Road is a 5min walk to shopping, bars and Restaurants as well as a cinema (Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S, Aldi, TK Maxx, Primark, Starbucks, The Holy Cow, Spicy Basil (best Thai), Chinese, McDonald's, KFC and many new establishments.

We are a friendly community who welcome friends and family of others and socialising in our lounge or dining area, but we are not the type to keep you awake late at night on school nights, nor are we a noisy bunch.
