A large modern double room will be available from the 6th of July in our lovely penthouse duplex flat with a large private rooftop terrace, located in Kilburn Park / Maida Vale.

The flat is homely, bright, full of light and plants, fully furnished, and completely brand new.

The location is excellent, everything is right on the doorstep.
Only a 2-minute walk from Kilburn Park Tube Station (Zone 2, Bakerloo Line) or Kilburn High Road Overground, with many bus routes (98, 206, 332, 328, 16, 316, 32) running day and night.

Brondesbury park and Queen’s Park Overground are also nearby, about 10 minutes by walk.

M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, gyms, great coffee spots, and pubs are all within 5 minutes or less walking distance, around Queen’s Park, Maida Vale, and Kilburn.

We are looking for a professional or student, male or female, who is friendly, sociable, and mature. The ideal person must be clean and tidy. No smoking inside the flat.
