A very spacious apartment in Kilburn Park in a quiet residential street - very bright, clean and fully equipped. We share the kitchen, shower, WC (no living room, each person has their own room).

The apartment is located in the desirable area of Kilburn, very close to 3 tube stations:
- 4 min walk to Kilburn Park tube station (Bakerloo line)
- 7 min walk to Kilburn High Road train station (Overground)
- 6 min walk to Queens Park tube station (Bakerloo line and Overground)

Nestled between Hampstead and Maida Vale, the location is very convenient for the West End (many night buses in addition to the tube and over ground train), Hampstead, Maida Vale, Kensington and Belsize Park areas. There are extensive amenities (Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's) a short walk away on Kilburn High Road in addition to a multitude of local bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The Room:

The room is VERY spacious, quiet and bright and it is for single use. It features a single bed with a mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, chair and bedside table. It comes fully furnished.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person. The rent is £500 per month and ALL bills are included apart from gas and electricity which is approximately £20 per month). There is wireless broadband which is also included in the rent. We ask for a minimum stay of 6 months and a deposit of £630 (5 weeks). The room is available for a single occupancy only and is available now.
