Looking for a friendly flatshare? You’ve found it! We have a cozy double room up for grabs in our 4-bed flat.

The room is nicely decorated and fully furnished with a chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe, ensuring you’ll feel right at home.

Our flat features a large living room/dining area, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet and a modern kitchen with convenient amenities like a washer dryer and dishwasher. Plus, we have a lovely west-facing balcony for you to relax and unwind.

We are very well located! Only 5 minutes walk from Kilburn Park tube station and Kilburn High Road overground. On the borders with Maida Vale, St. John’s Wood and West Hampstead at the beginning of High Road, where you can find anything you like: restaurants, pubs, local shops, supermarkets and gym.

As professionals aged between 27-33, we love spending time together, having a good chat, and occasionally heading out for drinks. Don’t worry, we also value personal space and understand the need for privacy.

If you’re friendly, clean, tidy and respectful, we’d be thrilled to have you join our flatshare. We have a preference for a female flatmate to maintain a good gender balance in the house.
