Large double bedroom with fridge on ground floor f

A large spacious double bedroom in a 3 bed flat sharing with proffessional female live in landlady and grown daughter.
This room. would suit a MATURE PERSON preferably a female.. who works and likes thier privacy. This is not a party house. Although I'm friendly I am not looking for any friends. This is strictly a business venture fir financial reasons due to the cost of living.
I require a person that us clean and tidy qnd respect s others. I ask that you clean up after yourself in and around the shared spaces.. ie kitchen.. toilet and bathroom.. I require you to leave these rooms as you find them. This us not a party house and this room will suit somebody who works and likes to keep to themselves.
I will only interfere if the place has been left dirty I will not tolerate mess
Rent is pay qs you go bit due to a recent bad experience I do not want anyone under 30 please and I will take a small deposit. So if you work hard and want a nice clean peaceful place to stay where the landlady will not bother you then feel free to message.
